The Hospitality Real Estate Group  has been created to provide investors and developers with a source of professional expertise provided by its Members and Sponsors; all of whom have experience, expertise and interests in the sector.

We offers members and all those interested in the sector a unique range of free and subsidised activities -reference, education, advisory, networking and critique – kindly supported and sponsored by a Board of Sponsors and Partners who are acknowledged leaders in their fields.

Hospitality as an asset class is becoming increasingly important as an anchor for regeneration and investment. It is however, an industry that sometimes appears disjointed and complicated when compared to the straight forward investment criteria offered by office and residential options.
